OUR MISSION

EVANGELIZE THE LOST

“Our Mission is to seek the salvation of the unsaved by fulfilling the Great Commission”

It is our goal and duty to bring lost souls to Jesus Christ. Christ died so that none should be lost. Real love for mankind will constrain us to shed the light of the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ to our brothers and sisters and open our hearts and doors to include them, irrespective of race, creed, color, or any barrier of society. It is with a passionate desire that we seek the salvation of the lost. (Matt. 28:19, Mark 16:15-16)

EXALT GOD THROUGH WORSHIP

“Our Mission is to provide an atmosphere where the liberating Worship of God can be experienced in one’s daily life”

It is our sincere conviction that nothing is more essential to the life of a believer than a full, vibrant, rich life of worship and adoration of God. Worship was never intended to be a Sunday morning experience only, but rather an active and complete part of our daily lives. Our congregation here at APOSTOLIC HOUSEHOLD OF FAITH BIBLEWAY CHURCH, and personal lifestyles are all a part of our worship to God. It is the mission of to provide an atmosphere conducive for a fulfilled corporate Worship experience, which will inspire every believer to engage in a life of healthy and wholesome private Worship. (Eph. 5:19-20, Heb. 10:25; 13:15)

EQUIP GOD’S PEOPLE FOR GROWTH

“Our Mission is to seek the spiritual growth and maturity of every believer through discipling, teaching, service to others, admonishing and exhorting from the Word of God”

It is imperative that we are especially concerned with the proper and correct spiritual growth and advancement of our members. We believe that spiritual growth is impossible without the expressed respect of the Word of God as the ultimate authority and standard for living. All methods of discipleship (teaching, preaching, ministries, etc.) must have the Word of God as its base and center. Every aspect of this church is closely tested by the Word of God for its acceptability as a mechanism for spiritual growth and discipleship. (Eph. 4:11-12, Acts 20:28-32, I Peter 5:2)

EMPOWER AND ENHANCE GOD’S FAMILY THROUGH SERVICE

“Our Mission is to completely support every member of the Body of Christ by perpetuating the Gospel through meaningful missions and ministries that aid the “whole man”

It is the continuous duty of this church and every member to engage in the support of our Community through love, social services and unity. All missions and ministries of this church are for the aiding of the “whole man” (mind, body and soul). Each ministry serves as an arm of the church that reaches out to humanity to provide care and support, by ministering to the practical needs of those within our reach and beyond. At the center of our church is Christ and so is He the center of our ministries. We must endeavor to empower, improve, and uplift our community through every biblical method possible for the purpose of spreading the Gospel of Christ. (I Thes. 5:23, II Cor. 4:14-15)
It is our goal to become an “Acts 2:42-47”

Church Family, therefore we must:

•Become a “Sharing Community” – to have common unity and togetherness.

•Demonstrate “Special Care” for one another – to have the sense of partnership.

•Develop “Spiritual Camaraderie” – to fellowship with joy and gladness.

•Commit to “Sincerely Celebrating God” in a Family environment in the spirit of oneness to praise God together.

EDIFY THE CHURCH THROUGH PRAYER

“Our mission is to build up and support every aspect of the church’s life and membership through Spirit-directed prayer and intercession”

It is the mission of this church to actively intercede through corporate and private prayer on behalf of the total life and effectiveness of APOSTOLIC HOUSEHOLD OF FAITH BIBLEWAY CHURCH, its ministry in the Kingdom, its Pastor, leadership, and members. The primary aim of this church is to become a “house of prayer” as Jesus called the temple in Matt 21:13. Since the New Testament Church was born in prayer (Acts 1:14-24) and progressed in its growth through prayer (Acts 2:42, 4:24-31, 6:4), we feel that prayer should be the supreme method through which all of the ministries of the church operate, and it is what makes the preaching and teaching of the church effective and life-changing. (Acts 6:4
